Overview

DAILY KENO is OLG’s daily keno game, sold only in Ontario and not available through Loto-Québec. There are two draws every day, at 2 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Eastern Time: 20 numbers are drawn from 70, and you win based on how many of your numbers are among them.

The idea is similar to Banco in Québec. The more numbers you play, the bigger the possible prizes, but the harder it becomes to match them all. Because draws are frequent, a daily budget set in advance helps keep it a pastime.

Rules and how it works

  • Choose your game level, from Keno 2 to Keno 10, which is how many numbers from 1 to 70 you play.
  • Choose a $1, $2, $5 or $10 bet; prizes scale with the bet.
  • Each draw picks 20 numbers; the prize table depends on the level played and how many numbers you match.
  • At Keno 10, matching all 10 numbers pays $250,000 on a $1 bet.
  • ENCORE can be added for $1 more.

Minimum age

In Québec, buying lottery tickets and taking part in games of chance is restricted to people 18 and over.
