Questions and answers
What is 1otoquebec.com?
1otoquebec.com is an independent information portal about the lotteries and games available in Québec. You will find pages explaining how games work, the latest published draw results and guides to help you play with your eyes open. Our About page explains how we work.
Are the results on this site official?
No. We copy results from the official operator’s public results pages and list the draw date along with a link to the source. If our page ever differs from the source, the official results always prevail. See the Results page for the draws currently available.
How soon after a draw are results posted here?
We only add a result after it has been published on the official page and we have checked it. That can mean a delay of a few hours, sometimes more. If you are waiting on a specific draw, the operator’s results page will always be faster.
Which games does the site cover?
The site covers six families: lotteries, instant games, casino, sports betting, poker and bingo. Each page explains how the game works. Amounts, schedules and odds only appear when they come from an official source that we cite.
Can I buy a ticket or place a bet on 1otoquebec.com?
Not with money. The site sells no tickets and has no payment system. The Sports betting section lets you build a slip with indicative odds to understand the markets, but nothing is charged and no winnings are paid. To play, you need to go through the official operator or an authorized retailer. We stick to information.
How old do you have to be to play in Québec?
You must be 18 or older to buy a lottery ticket, enter a casino or place a bet in Québec. Our content is also intended for adults. If there are minors in your home, the Responsible gaming page has a few simple tips.
Is 1otoquebec.com connected to Loto-Québec?
No. 1otoquebec.com is independent and is not affiliated with Loto-Québec, the Société des casinos du Québec or any government body. Product names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe the games. See our Terms of Use for details.
How do I check whether my ticket is a winner?
Comparing your numbers with a result posted here gives you a first idea, but only the official validation counts. Have your ticket checked at an authorized retailer or with the official operator’s tools. Our guide on reading a lottery result explains main numbers, the bonus number and prize categories.
I found an error. What should I do?
Email us at [To be completed: email address] with the page and the information in question, ideally with a link to the official source. We check it and fix it as soon as the discrepancy is confirmed. In the meantime, rely on the official source.
Where can I get help if gambling becomes a problem?
