Sit & Go (instant tournaments)

Overview

A Sit & Go, called an instant tournament on OK POKER, has no fixed start time: it begins as soon as the table is full. It is played on a single table with eight players or fewer, which keeps it short.

How many players get paid and how the prize pool is split depend on the tournament type; for example, at an eight-player table the top three may split the pool 50%, 30% and 20%.

Rules and how it works

• Choose a tournament by buy-in and number of seats.
• It starts automatically once every seat is taken.
• A single table, 8 players or fewer.
• Blinds go up at fixed intervals.
• The prize pool is split among the top finishers according to the posted structure.

Minimum age

In Québec, buying lottery tickets and taking part in games of chance is restricted to people 18 and over.
