Québec 49

Overview

Québec 49 takes the 6/49 formula to a provincial scale, with a lower entry price. It is drawn on the same nights as Lotto 6/49, so you can play the same numbers in both lotteries.

The game has six prize categories, two of which involve the bonus number. As with any lottery, each draw is independent of the ones before it.

Rules and how it works

• A selection has 6 numbers from 1 to 49, picked by you or generated at random.
• The draw picks 7 numbers: the first 6 form the winning combination and the 7th is the bonus number.
• You win with 3 to 6 matching numbers, or with 2 matching numbers plus the bonus (2/6+B).
• The bonus number only counts for the 5/6+B and 2/6+B categories.

Minimum age

In Québec, buying lottery tickets and taking part in games of chance is restricted to people 18 and over.
