Lotteries
Daily lottery: 12 numbers out of 24, and the jackpot goes to all the right numbers… or none.
Logarithmic scale: each mark is 100 times less likely than the one before. The longer the bar, the less likely the outcome.
To picture the longest of these odds: it is like guessing one exact second picked at random over 16 days.
Tout ou rien (“all or nothing”) is built on a neat symmetry: half of the 24 numbers are drawn, and the jackpot goes both to a selection that matches all of them and to one that matches none. The categories in between also pay prizes.
The draw takes place every night, and Extra can be added to the ticket.
In Québec, buying lottery tickets and taking part in games of chance is restricted to people 18 and over.
The figures on this page come from the game’s official page, checked October 8, 2026. They can change, so always check the source before you play: loteries.lotoquebec.com.
